We offer Legal Aid funding. If you are in receipt of any income related benefits such as Universal Credit, or your combined gross income is less than £2,657 per month, then you could be eligible for Legal Aid funding for mediation. Ask the office for further information on free family mediation services, legal aid and mediation costs.
Look out for the (LA) next to relevant service. This means if you are eligible for Legal Aid, these services will be free for you.
To help remove any barriers that might prevent parties from mediating we will provide up to 3 hours free services for the 2nd client regardless of their income.

It is industry practice that all clients attend an individual assessment meeting before participating in joint mediation sessions. The assessments are known as MIAMs. They only need to be carried out once and should last up to one hour. We charge an hourly rate for all meeting types. All prices are per person per hour . All prices exclude VAT.

Certificates can only be issued if you have attended a MIAM with our mediators within the last 4 months.

Collating all financial evidence into a clear and easy to understand working document.
Document that clearly articulates the arrangements made during mediation. This document can then be used to make into a Financial Order or separation agreement.
